SHIPPING POLICY

Packages are usually shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours. 100% of our products are in stock.

Most items are shipped with USPS Ground.

We offer a $5.95 Flat Rate Shipping for all of our orders within the Continental USA. Orders over $ 75 ship free.

All products should be inspected when received. If any products received by the purchaser are damaged or if the quantities received do not reflect the quantities in the shipping documents, then the purchaser shall advise the seller (JolidonUS) of the damage or discrepancy within 3 business days of the receipt of the products. Claims for shortages or damages made after three (3) business days will not be honored. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee. Please remit $5.95 for domestic orders and $12 for international orders. These fees cover the shipping of the exchange.

RETURN POLICY

At JolidonUS, we want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely pleased with an item purchased from us, we will be happy to exchange your item given all the following are met:

• The item needs to be in its original conditions, with all tags attached and original packaging.
• The return needs to be preauthorized (within 3 business days). You can contact us by using the "Contact Us" link on the side menu.
• Due to the intimate nature of our products, we can only accept returns for exchange within 3 (three) days from the delivery date of your purchase. 
• You can not return you item after 14 (fourteen) days of your purchase.

The original shipping costs are not refundable.
Please kindly ensure returned items remain with original packaging to receive credit. JolidonUS reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.

NOTE :

We do not offer refunds unless product defects. We inspect the products carefully before they are shipped. However, if there are product defects that we had not noticed, we gladly offer refunds or exchanges. If your purchase shipped free, the postage fee will be deducted from your refund.
